To begin with, he emphasised the importance of adhering to a timetable that allows for all other activities, including study. “To prepare for the examination in a stress-free manner, it is necessary to create a very important and healthy timetable that includes various activities. These activities should include not only ensuring a good meal, discussions with parents and peer groups, revision, enjoyment, and adequate sleep. So, all kinds of spices should be over there and then only you can prepare well,” added Dr. Bhardwaj.

Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj humbly requested the students to allocate some time to themselves to plan their timetable for the days preceding the examination, encompassing the day before and the examination day itself. He said, “My humble request to the students is, to give yourself a daytime to prepare the timetable for the upcoming days leading to the examination, including the day before the examination and the examination day itself. This way, you can outline how you should start your day and what activities you should engage in.”
The CBSE Exam Controller further underscored the significance of the valuable tips shared during the Pariksha Pe Charcha by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He stated, “During the Pariksha Pe Charcha led by the Prime Minister, a lot of exam tips were provided by him. I believe that nothing could be more beneficial than receiving tips from the Prime Minister that are proven, widely accepted, and based on the experiences of many individuals who have successfully cleared similar examinations using such kinds of tips.”

“So, in my opinion, I would first request you to prepare a very good timetable and follow it in such a manner that it remains stress-free. Ensure that the timetable isn’t so challenging that it adds to your stress. Be aware to complete whatever portion you feel comfortable within 24 hours, incorporating all the ideas and tips I have provided. Create a timetable based on this and adhere to it strictly,” he added.
Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj advised the students that if they find themselves unable to strictly adhere to the timetable or schedule on a given day, they should try again the next day. He cautioned against expecting immediate success in adopting and following the timetable from the outset, suggesting that it might take a few days to adjust. He emphasised the importance of perseverance, stating, “If today you are not able to strictly follow it, try again tomorrow. However, don’t expect to be successful in adopting and following the timetable or schedule you’ve prepared right from the very first day; it might take a few days. So, rest assured, stay focused on your performance and your timetable, and then perform well.”
