India Wicket-Keeper Dhruv Jurel Inflicts Stunning Run-Out, Breaks The Internet. Watch

India on Sunday registered their biggest-ever Test win by runs, thrashing England by 434 runs in the third game of a five-match series in Rajkot. Chasing a target of 557, England were bowled out for 122 as Ravindra Jadeja bagged his 13th five-wicket haul. Debutant wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurel sparked England’s collapse with a brilliant run out of opener Ben Duckett. Jurel combined with Mohammed Siraj to give Duckett his marchig orders after a mix-up with fellow opener Zak Crawley.

Duckett pushed Jasprit Bumrah’s delivery towards short midwicket and tried to steal a single. However, Siraj picked up the ball quickly and fired a throw at the keeper’s end.

Jurel was quick to get out of the blocks as he slid on his knees to grab the ball and affect the run out. Jurel’s act of athleticism and quick glovework has gone viral on social media.

Earlier, Yashasvi Jaiswal slammed an unbeaten double century as India set England a daunting victory target of 557.

Jaiswal, who retired hurt on 104 on day three, returned to bat in Rajkot and hammered 214 before India declared their second innings on 430-4.

Jaiswal came back to the crease after Shubman Gill’s departure on 91 and dominated an unbeaten 172-run stand with debutant Sarfaraz Khan, who hit 68.

Jaiswal took a single off Joe Root to get to 200 in the second session for his second double ton in successive matches.

Sarfaraz completed his second fifty after his 62 in the first innings, smashing 68 off 72 balls to remain unbeaten as well.

Earlier in the day, India had confirmed that Ravichandran Ashwin will rejoin the team following his withdrawal from the Test on day two due to a family emergency.

Just hours after taking his 50th Test wicket, Ashwin had flown to Chennai to be with his ill mother.

Devdutt Padikkal had replaced him as substitute fielder but was not allowed to bowl or bat in the match.

However, Ashwin returned to action on Day 4 during England’s chase.
