National Nutrition Week starts today (September 1). It is an annual event celebrated between September 1st to 7th to raise awareness around eating healthy and nutritious. And this becomes yet more important in the current situation amidst the ongoing pandemic. Since the beginning of 2020, experts around the world have been stressing on eating healthy for overall nourishment and immunity. In fact, immunity lays foundation for a healthy body.
