Bhupesh Baghel, the chief minister of Chhattisgarh, has announced that children from economically disadvantaged sections and other underprivileged classes will receive free education to prepare for competitive exams.
Nearly 400 students from Scheduled Caste, Other Backward Classes, and EWS categories would receive free tuition from reputable coaching schools for competitive exams in CA, CLAT, Engineering, Medical, and other fields, according to the plan.
Speaking to the media, Chief Minister Baghel announced that Chhattisgarh’s EWS students would soon have access to free coaching for competitive tests like the CA, CS, CLAT, NDA, and engineering and medical entrance exams.
Initiative to assist underprivileged kids:
The project is being introduced in light of the goals and financial challenges that students from these backgrounds who want to pursue various career opportunities confront.
The competent departments have also been ordered by the CM to set up coaching for students in the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, and EWS Category.
Students from the state’s special categories currently have access to free coaching for all engineering and medical entrance exams, but this new effort will also take EWS Category students into account.
The initiative is to benefit almost 400 children-
According to representatives from the Tribal and Scheduled Castes Department, 400 students from these groups would receive free coaching for a variety of competitive examinations during the current fiscal year 2022–2023.
In addition, officials have said that students will receive coaching for courses like PMT, PET, NSTE, JEE Main, JEE Advanced, AIIMS, NEET, CA, CS, CLAT, NDA, etc. that require admission.
Students will receive instruction for these exams through reputable coaching facilities in Raipur, Bilaspur, Durg, and Bhilai.
