This is caused because of poor health of the scales of your hair. Excessive styling, blow drying, curling rods, and poor nutrition cause the hair to become weak and break and shed. Small amount of hair loss is normal but a significant amount of hair loss is a cause of worry.
2. Bumpy hair strands
Run your fingers through your hair and how they feel. If the hair strand feels rough and bumpy then all is not all good in your hair’s life. Uneven hair texture is an indicative of lack of protein.
