Footage shows flooding surging through the Spanish town of Cadaqués, in the Girona province.
Cars can be seen been swept away and piled against a bridge. There were no immediate reports of casualties.
The latest flooding comes after a devastating week for several areas of Spain, with more than 200 people killed in one of the worst floods in Europe this century.
