Floods have hit parts of south-east Bulgaria, killing at least three people, including two rescue workers.

Hundreds of people in the region have been forced to evacuate their homes and infrastructure has been damaged.

A state of emergency has been declared along part of the country’s Black Sea coast, where vehicles have been washed away and homes have been left without power.
