The company has also created a microsite of the upcoming phone. “Big on Performance. Compact in Size,” reads the webpage. Earlier, Asus has teased the handset to come with a smooth display with a higher refresh rate.
As per the teaser, Asus Zenfone 8 will feature a punch-hole camera at the front. This means that the device will skip the flip camera. To recall, Asus Zenfone 7 and Asus 6Z come with flip camera modules.
Another feature teased to come with the Zenfone 8 phone is the 3.5mm headphone jack. Rumours suggest that the phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 octa-core processor. It is expected to come with a smaller display of 5.92-inch. The device is said to be backed by a 4000mAh battery and may offer 30watt fast charging support.
